OUT OF YOUR GAZE reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Every item from Out of Your Gaze is made to order. This bespoke approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and ensure that each piece is produced with meticulous attention to detail.
Fulfilment and production time is 2–4 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.
During peak periods, launches, or exhibition seasons, production may require additional time. We will communicate any notable delays via email.
FULFILMENT AND PRODUCTION
For a seamless experience, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included in the item price for all international orders. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
While we arrange duty-paid shipping in accordance with the latest regulations and in good faith, there may be rare occasions where additional charges are levied by local customs authorities.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Any reshipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Out of Your Gaze is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not the responsibility of Out of Your Gaze; however, we will assist in filing a claim where possible.
