Out of Your Gaze (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website and sells artwork, garments, and limited edition pieces. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract.

FULFILMENT AND SHIPMENT

Fulfilment and production time is 2–4 weeks from payment confirmation.

  1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors.

  2. We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

All items are made to order and created with care and intention.

  2. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time without prior notice.

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are included in the item price for a seamless experience.

  1. While we make best efforts to ensure compliance, there may be rare occasions where additional charges are levied by local customs authorities. If this occurs, we will contact you directly to confirm the details before proceeding.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  1. We are not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses or customs processing.

  2. You must handle all artwork with care and follow any care instructions provided.

CHANGE TO TERMS

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  1. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers.

  2. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies.

  3. All payments must be received in full before production begins.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided the artwork is undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • Return shipments must be sent duty-paid, as duties and taxes were included in the original purchase price.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out of Your Gaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
