Thank you for choosing OUT OF YOUR GAZE. Each piece is crafted with care and intention, and we sincerely hope you are delighted with your artwork. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

OUT OF YOUR GAZE reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

  • Unaltered and undamaged

  • Returned in its original packaging (where applicable)

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

RETURNS WINDOW

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

As customs duties and taxes were included in the original purchase price for a seamless delivery experience, return shipments must be sent duty-paid by the sender, and any associated import charges must be covered by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

RETURN SHIPPING

Each item is made with great care, and OUT OF YOUR GAZE sincerely hopes that you are overjoyed with your piece. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to support you.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or commissioned pieces

  • Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer

  • Any artwork that shows signs of wear, misuse, or improper handling

NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

RETURN PROCESS

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
